Could it be possible to add a cruising level filter to reduce the number of notams enroute, and also a runway length filter, to show airfields with only the minimum wanted length.

This app was really missing in my iPhone! Thanks, worth it big time.
Since three month ago the download does not function anymore or takes way to long. I already complained in November about it. Dont buy this App! There isnt any support at all!
a good app., thanks.
Its a great start, but you can not input a route or enroute alternates. Otherwise, for short trips its fine.
Canadian notams are incomplete and out of date.
Previous reviews mention that Canadian NOTAMs dont appear in the app, as of Feb 21, 2013 I was able to gather all the current NOTAMs for CYYC and checked them against those published by NAVCANADA, so this seems to have been resolved.
This app claims its capable of attaining notams worldwide but it doesnt. At least it doesnt collect all notams from Canada. It will display major airports like Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver etc..but it wont show notams for Kitchener or Dryden etc. This app gets their notams from the FAAs notam database. I queried their site also and it didnt come up with the notams for various fields in Canada. However, Navcanada listed numerous notams for every field. If you fly to smaller airports in Canada and are thinking of purchasing this app, keep looking as this one doesnt do what they says it does. To the user "Steve Tsuida", try a small airport instead of Calgary and youll find that it wont show the Notams. I read your review and thought Id take a look myself…..no change.
Some notams are missed. For ex. it says "2 active notams" for airport inserted but actually 6 from trusted sources. Waste of money.
It really works great. Gives all the notams accurately. Saves a lot of research time when traveling. Wish it had definitions too, though.
I can download notams for free on numerous websites. I thought I was paying for decoded notams. Absolutely not worth the money.
Wasnt going to rate this app until it had a decode option - it was really pretty nice without it, but now its worth every penny. f youre a pilot, especially instrument, buy this app.
Very nice app.
Great app, very useful. BUT it would be better if you could enter multiple destinations and alternates for over seas flights. I.e. Re-release flight plans and etp or etops alternates.
Very good app! This is an excellent start, very useful, and with a few extra minor tweaks it would be spot on! - Id like to be able to store routes as I fly the same routes all the time. - Id also like a quick way to enter just 1 airfield and get the notams for that. - The ability to adjust the distance of the airfields off track. - The ability to manually add airfields to a route. Ie Shannon was not in the route from Orlando to Manchester. - The ability to filter out (or place at the end of the list) any airfield reporting no active notams. - Finally, the ability to only include commercial airfields. Im not going to take an A330 into a grass strip ;)
Great app. I just wish that I could get notams at a single airport without having to plan a route
You must increase Airport Database with IATA codes with Weather Interface on a decoded way... World wide means no limit, pls improve the App with weather and plain English decoded way. For now 3 stars only.
This app is good. But it would be much better with a few added feature. 1. Ability to save favorite routes 2. Ability to search for one airport at a time 3. Auto save the last route searched
Comes in handy for a quick check before engine start. Could use a little tweaking in its features as noted in earlier reviews, but still very usefull.
Wouldnt take much to add a history, favorites, or even just save the last entered airports and this would be a must have app for pilots. Several reviews have asked for this but, the author doesnt appear to be concerned with answering the mail, so I think Ill write an app that does and price it competitively. Keep a look out for it folks, its on its way.
